Q: Do I need a visa to get into Poland ?
A: EU passport holders visiting Poland do not require visas.

Q: What is the travelling time to Poland ?
A: The flight itself does take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, depending
on which part of the UK you depart from.

Q: What is the currency in Poland ?
A: Zloty

Q: What is the exchange rate?
A: Roughly 1 GBP = 4.55 PLN and 1 EUR = 3.95 PLN

Q: What is the time difference in Poland ?
A: Poland is one hour ahead of the UK.

Q: What is the price for a decent two course meal with a drink?
A: You should not be paying more than £10-£15 per person in a good
restaurant.

Q: Will there be a language problem?
A: Can be but in the tourism sector most of Polish people speak good
English.

ABOUT BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Q: How to make a reservation?
A: Contact us by e-mail or phone. Give us some details about your group
(when, how many of you, what do you expect?). We will give you itinerary
offer and require a deposit per person to secure the booking as soon as
you accept the price.

Q: Can I secure a holiday by paying a deposit?
A: Yes. Read previous question.

Q: How to pay?
A: As soon as you accept our offer we require a deposit of 50 PLN per
person. For large group bookings, we expect the group organiser to
gather in the money from the relevant party members and make payment.
You can pay the deposit by credit card or by PayPal (3,9% extra
charged). The rest of payment must be made on arrival day in cash or by
credit card (2% extra charged).

ABOUT AN INSURANCE

Q: Do I need an insurance?

A: Yes. For all participants we assure a standard insurance in Signal Iduna covering: medical expenses (10.000 EUR) and cover the sudden and unexpected effects of an accident (7.000 EUR). We strongly advise all customers to have additional travel insurance in place as soon as a booking is confirmed, including cover for any activities considered "hazardous pursuits" included in your holiday.
