Step inside and feel like you've gone back about 40 years. Old music puts you in the mood while Lenin, Stalin, Bierut, Gomulka and Mao look down on you from the walls. Of course, you can get the standard foods (which, staying true to history, are mandatory with consumption of alcohol!) of those days: jelly, bread with dripping, pickles or "other delicious treats." Naturally, you'll be served by a fellow citizens clad in red jackets with CCCP all over them.
